We’ve been weeding out excess chemicals and moving towards more natural elements. Thus, we’ve been switching our products. So, I get it. Things that call themselves “natural” or “used with natural” can be far from what they claim; but, with this Seventh Generation Natural Dish Liquid, their homage runs true.

First things first, the scent. Lovely. Citrusy. Light. The smell is made with zero synthetic fragrances. After doing a lot of reading, I found out that products containing synthetic fragrances have far more toxic chemicals than their non-fragranced counterparts. Which leads to my next point…
Secondly, after using this product for seven days, my hands are feeling better. I wash a lot of dishes and often my hands become very dry. I’ve noticed a difference with Seventh Generation. My cuticles were not as rigid, nor irritated, after using Seventh Generations Natural Dish Liquid. Totally a good thing in my book.
Now, for my last point, I prose some questions; as well as, some answers. Were the dishes actually clean? Is Seventh Generation Natural Dish Liquid effective? Yes and yes! Not only did the dishes smell great, but; they rinsed to a sparkling sheen. It was impressive. Yet, honestly, I pondered some of my life choices of never trying the Seventh Generation brand before. I’m digressing [sigh].
Back to the subject at hand, not only were dishes immaculate, but the plastics were not dried out. No white scratch marks or hairline cracking. If you use a dishwasher to clean your toddler cups, you will totally know what I mean. (I’m talking to you “dishwasher safe” Gerber!)
In conclusion, after going through the entire bottle, Seventh Generation Natural Dish Liquid gets an A for our product review. They have a couple of scents but Fresh Citrus & Ginger is our recommendation. I’ll end this note by saying, when your you day is full of housework, focus on the enjoyable moments. Hard work brings satisfaction. And, as always, live and clean to the fullest.
