Let’s Have a Seventh Generation Baby Shower
This year has been wonderful. As I reflect back on all the friendships I’ve made in 2016, I am particularly proud. It’s those special bonds, near and far, that have made this #momLife so grand. That’s why, when the opportunity came to host a Seventh Generation baby shower for my sweet mama friends, I jumped on it. The turn out was wonderful, and more than anyone could ever anticipate. Continue reading to see all the ways 7thGen has helped spread the joy of welcoming all the new babies.
Please note that I received free products in exchange for writing this post. The opinions expressed are my own.
We go way back.
If you’ve been following this blog for a while, you already know that I use Seventh Generation products like they were going out of style. Every room of my house has something with their band. I carry it in my diaper bags, and love their products to pieces. If you didn’t know, you can catch up with this list here:
The Seventh Generation baby shower details:
For starters, each guest got a fabulous goodie bag. I mean, these babies were STUFFED with products. This was, in confession, my favorite part to the party. Sure, I can verbally tell everyone how much I love this or that, but to give them something that they can actually try… makes all the difference. Each guest received a sample of 7thGen’s natural laundry detergent, their free&clear baby wipes, a coupon for Stonyfield YoBaby Organic Yogurt, and Annie’s Cheddar Bunnies. Additionally, we all got to try 7thGen’s band new line of coconut care lotion. Super rich and luxurious.
There were also a few bigger prizes such as a full pack of size 2 diapers, and a Bobble Infuse water bottle. Then, the big shebang grand prize, a Seventh Generation Coconut Care Baby’s Starter Kit.
Picking a theme was easy.
If you need to decide on a theme for your upcoming baby shower, remember simple is better. We decided to go with a blue colored theme, since coincidentally the expectant mothers were all having boys. We kept things monochromatic and chose robin’s egg blue as the base. Honestly, a little ribbon, polka-dots, and paint went a long way. Check out the photos below.
In conclusion, things went great!
All in all, the Seventh Generation baby shower was a success. I wish every one of the beautiful expectant mothers all the best. Take care ladies. And to all the readers out there, when your hands are full, live your life to the fullest.
