Jayce The Bee, Children's Book Hero

Jayce The Bee Is My Favorite Children’s Book Hero

Jayce The Bee – Children’s Book Hero

For starters, I am super happy to tell you guys about this children’s book hero. If you read my post on childhood reading, you’ll see that I discovered an awesome book with a character named Jayce the bee. It turns out that the Author and Illustrator, Calvin Reynolds, is releasing the sequel to Jayce: A Bee Adventure in 2017. To celebrate, we’re giving away 10 digital downloads of the full version. Exciting right? Continue reading for more details, as well as how you can enter.

Jayce is relatable.

Jayce the bee is a fun-loving and motivational protagonist. He approaches difficult situations with stability and poise. In my humble opinion, I take pride in letting my kids soak up his example. Furthermore, the supporting roles in this book are just as great. There is a ladybug named Lilly and I totally see myself in her shoes. She knows she is different, but gives a smile and her best effort anyways. If your child dances to their own beat too, Lilly will be their favorite.

The story is motivational.

Even though 99 percent of children’s books end with a happy ending, this one goes a little further by teaching a modern lesson. Jayce the bee shows how to deal with bullies and neigh sayers. He also shows how to overcome your fears. If you didn’t know, child assertion is important. Moreover, there are several talking points within this book. Expect your child to ask questions and to show full engagement.

These sound like wonderful children’s stories! So many stories are filled with fluff but kids are constantly down loading and learning. They can pick up more than we think. Thank you for bringing awareness to childhood literacy and sharing books that will help grow our child’s minds as well as imaginations.

No, problem mama. Sometimes, we have to lax a little to have diversity in their entertainment. However, when you find something that is good for them, and they actually love it… Mom can put on a huge celebration. Thank you for the kind comment and best of luck for your entry.
