Chocolate Chip Pumpkin Bread
Prep: 10 minutes
Bake: 35 minutes
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 cup light brown sugar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 tsp. pumpkin spice
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 3/4 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/3 cup of Mazola cooking oil
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 3/4 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/3 cup of milk
- 1/2 cup of semi-sweet chocolate morsels
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- To begin, preheat your oven to 350F.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the egg, brown sugar, granulated sugar, pumpkin spice, salt, and cinnamon.
- Mix together until smooth, approximately 3 minutes.
- Next, add all other remaining ingredients.
- Mix for an additional 2 minutes.
- Then, pour batter into a large 9-inch cake pan or baking dish.
- Bake for 35 minutes.
- Remove from oven and let cool for 20 minutes before slicing.
